We're looking for a creative and curious Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is open to fresh graduates and recent graduates who are eager to grow their craft in a real-world, fast-moving environment.
You'll work on meaningful design problems — from wireframes to polished, developer-ready screens — with mentorship and room to learn along the way.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile products
- Build and maintain UI components using Figma (frames, Auto Layout, variants, styles)
- Create simple interactive prototypes to communicate design intent
- Apply responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts
- Contribute to and follow established design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers during handoff — prepare specs, annotate screens, and ensure implementation accuracy
- Participate in basic UX research activities such as user interviews, usability tests, and persona development
- Present and explain design decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback iteratively and continuously improve your work
Must-Haves
- **UI/UX Fundamentals:** Solid grasp of user flows, wireframes, visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography
- **Figma:** Comfortable with frames, components, Auto Layout, variants, prototyping, and styles
- **Visual Design:** Good eye for alignment, spacing, colour, typography, and consistency
- **UX Thinking:** Ability to explain why you designed something — not just how it looks
- **Responsive Design:** Understands layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- **Design Systems:** Basic understanding of components, tokens, and reusable patterns
- **Prototyping:** Can create simple interactive prototypes in Figma
- **Attention to Detail:** Spots inconsistencies in spacing, typography, and components before anyone else does
