Do you love turning a messy sales tech stack into a well-oiled machine? As our client's next Sales Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, and the rest of their sales technology ecosystem — making sure every system runs smoothly, every rep has what they need, and every dashboard tells a clear, actionable story.

This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and data. You'll dig into pipelines, refine processes, and build the reporting that helps a fast-paced US sales organization make smarter, faster decisions — all while working remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or a similar CRM-focused role, ideally supporting a US-based team
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce and other sales technology platforms (e.g., Gong, Gong Engage, Apollo)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence training and supporting cross-functional teams

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and list building
• Experience troubleshooting third-party CRM integrations
• Background managing budgets for sales tools and technology investments

You own the health of the sales technology ecosystem, end to end.
