## Key Responsibilities

As the Case Management Operations Lead, you will:

• Oversee the daily progress of active cases using the client's case management platform.
• Monitor case timelines and proactively address bottlenecks that may impact turnaround times.
• Work closely with Case Managers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the operations team and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Audit case documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Track individual and team performance, workload capacity, and productivity metrics.
• Identify operational risks and escalate high-priority issues when necessary.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to help team members achieve performance goals.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and facilitating process training.
• Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Generate operational reports and communicate case and team performance updates to leadership.
