About the Role
Manages performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring daily operations meet SLA requirements in partnership with Project Managers. Leads issue resolution, transition management, and infrastructure deployment (technology, finance, HR, security, facilities, communications), while aligning processes with delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee SOW/SLA governance and day-to-day operational compliance
• Support infrastructure and resource deployment for service delivery
• Lead small-to-medium project deployments and change execution with Project Managers
• Translate business requirements into operational plans; manage change delivery
• Monitor KPIs and implement tracking/reporting methodologies for SLAs
• Identify and mitigate operational issues affecting productivity, quality, and delivery
• Install service delivery and quality reporting processes aligned with TQM
• Direct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and resolution strategies
• Support TQM strategies and cross-team collaboration
• Provide people management, mentorship, and career development to leaders and staff
• Drive engagement, retention, and continuous improvement across teams
• Coach team leaders on consistent people-management practices
• Manage training programs from design through evaluation
• Escalate risks and proactively communicate with stakeholders
• Provide feedback to improve policies, processes, and support systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations and people management, including managing leaders
• Experience leading large, diverse, multi-site teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
