We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Implementation Projects) in PST, MST, or CST time zone. This is a full time/ permanent hire opportunity in North Carolina with our client. There are two positions open: one for the payment product and the other for POS software. You can work
100% remote
(anywhere in USA) for this position. You must have worked with
payment
software solutions, retail preferred or
POS
Software.
Primary Responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager (Implementation Projects):
- Coordinate activities between clients, third-party vendors, Development, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate regular communication with clients regarding in-progress and upcoming projects
- Manage resource availability and allocation
- Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Facilitate internal Scrum meetings including: daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint review, etc.
- Interact with stakeholders to establish product roadmaps and manage team efforts to implement using agile methodologies
- Manage production of regular product releases
Required Qualifications for Sr. Project Manager (Implementation Projects):
- 8+ years of Agile Project Management/ Software development leadership experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership and project management skills
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management
- Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis
- Ability to build and manage relationships across company
- Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis
- Knowledge of Retail process and payment platforms
