About the Opportunity

The
Business Analyst I
translates business requirements into effective client solutions on the organization’s platform. This role supports configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities while serving as a bridge between Customer Care and Product Management teams. The position contributes to operational efficiency, successful client implementations, and a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration support aligned with evolving client business requirements.

• Assist with system analysis, research, development, testing, and implementation activities.

• Identify and recommend process improvements when appropriate.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the Customer Care Team.

• Enable API integrations for account opening, eSign, commissions, compliance, CRM, PreciseFP, and related functions.

• Collaborate with developers on custom user interface design and implementation.

• Manage and triage JIRA tickets, prioritizing SLA-driven issues affecting critical processes.

• Troubleshoot integrations with third-party platforms and coordinate resolution efforts.

• Maintain document-generation configurations and data mappings.

• Validate workflow routing and API request and response payloads.

• Assist with complex deployments across multiple environments.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
