Business Transformation Project Manager

A growing consulting and transformation organization is seeking an experienced TSA Project Manager to support complex technology integration, separation, and business transformation initiatives associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve outs.

What You Will Do

• Lead governance and execution activities supporting Transition Services Agreements across multiple technology workstreams

• Develop and maintain TSA inventories, service schedules, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, exit plans, and readiness assessments

• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, cybersecurity, data, finance, legal, and business stakeholders

• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and cross functional working sessions

• Monitor service performance, transition milestones, exit criteria, and contractual obligations

• Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation points that could impact transition timelines

• Track scope changes, service modifications, cost impacts, and approval workflows

• Partner with program leadership to support Day One readiness, post close integration activities, separation planning, and operational transitions

• Prepare executive level reporting, status communications, action logs, RAID logs, and governance documentation

• Drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups while ensuring alignment to business objectives and transition milestones
