Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in the Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, or Retail industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, project coordination, and delivering multiple projects successfully.

The candidate should have strong experience in Merchandising, Planning, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple business projects from requirements through delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams.
• Support merchandising, planning, and/or PLM initiatives.
• Track project activities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project status effectively.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Senior/Lead-level **Business Analyst** experience.
• Strong **Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, or Retail industry** experience.
• Extensive experience in **Merchandising, Planning, or PLM**.
• Proven experience delivering **multiple projects**.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Arrangement

• **100% Remote**
• Occasional travel may be required, approximately **once every 2–3 months**.
• **Contract position**

Preferred

• Experience working with retail/apparel business stakeholders.
• Experience with product development, merchandising systems, planning systems, or PLM platforms.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives.
