We design and supply high-quality dome shelters built for Australia’s toughest conditions, and our products are finding a growing home across the agriculture sector. From farm storage to livestock protection, our shelters solve real problems for real people on the land.

The Role

This isn’t a desk job. This is a role for someone who thrives on the open road, loves building relationships face to face, and gets a genuine kick out of watching a territory grow because of their own hard work.

As our Regional Growth Manager, you’ll be our boots on the ground — visiting agricultural stores, rural retailers, and industry contacts right across your region. You’ll be identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and converting those relationships into sales growth for Dome Shelter Supplies.

Some weeks you’ll be home every night. Other weeks, the job takes you further afield and you’ll be staying on the road. Your car is your office, and the country is your patch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting and building relationships with agricultural stores and rural retailers across your region
• Identifying new stockist and partnership opportunities to grow our distribution network
• Presenting and demonstrating Dome Shelter Supplies’ dome shelter range to store buyers and decision-makers
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets — and bringing the data to prove it
• Reporting back on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Representing the Dome Shelter Supplies brand with professionalism and pride every time you walk through a door
