## The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to own delivery on some of our engagements. You'll lead Projects and Retained Services end-to-end - scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholders - and act as the delivery voice to our clients at the steering level.
This is a hands-on role, not a coordinator-and-status-deck job. You'll run multiple accounts in parallel, manage the commercial health of each, surface risks early with a path forward, and lead the squad of architects and developers working under each engagement. You'll be the first escalation point when things get hard, and you'll be expected to keep your composure when they do.
You'll also help shape how we deliver, contributing to frameworks, ceremonies, and standards as we scale.
