About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join a growing property and construction advisory consultancy delivering complex projects across Sydney.

This role is suited to a highly capable project management professional with strong construction knowledge, commercial acumen, and proven experience leading projects from early planning through to completion. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, hospitality, retail, health, education, industrial, and refurbishment projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project delivery, building client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through the full project lifecycle from feasibility and planning through to construction delivery and handover.
• Manage consultant teams, contractors, authorities, and key stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement strategies, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate design development, authority approvals, tendering, contract negotiations, and delivery phases.
• Oversee project risk management, commercial performance, and quality outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage programme, cost, and delivery risks.
• Provide strategic advice and practical solutions to clients across a range of project challenges.
• Support superintendent, contract administration, and procurement activities where required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and ongoing client growth opportunities.
