Position Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead impactful end-user computing projects within a dynamic IT environment. This role requires proven expertise in managing multiple projects with a focus on delivering solutions that directly impact end users. The ideal candidate will possess strong fiscal oversight capabilities, adeptly maintain RAID logs, and manage project trajectories across various initiatives using hybrid delivery methodologies.


Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading and coordinating 2 or more end-user computing projects simultaneously
• Ensuring projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to end users
• Managing project budgets, expenses, and fiscal oversight related to capital expenditures
• Maintaining comprehensive RAID logs to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Utilizing project management tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, ADO, and M365 to track progress and collaboration
• Supporting projects through all phases from initiation to closure, ensuring timeline adherence and stakeholder communication

• Proven experience managing multiple end-user computing projects with significant impact
• Strong fiscal oversight skills, including managing capital expenses and project budgets
• Expertise in maintaining detailed RAID logs and tracking project risks
• Skilled in hybrid project delivery methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
