About this role

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth across digital platforms, food aggregators, and our e-commerce channel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing advertising and performance growth strategies on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other delivery aggregators.
  • Driving growth of Domino’s e-commerce platform and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with performance marketing agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Overseeing Meta Advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Applying prior experience with food brands to tailor campaigns for the QSR industry.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and reporting actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with food aggregators.
  • Strong background in digital advertising, particularly Meta Ads.
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing agencies.
  • Track record of growing e-commerce channels.
  • Prior experience working with or managing a food brand.
  • Digital marketing or key account management experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
