About this role
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth across digital platforms, food aggregators, and our e-commerce channel. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing advertising and performance growth strategies on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other delivery aggregators.
- Driving growth of Domino’s e-commerce platform and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborating with performance marketing agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
- Overseeing Meta Advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
- Applying prior experience with food brands to tailor campaigns for the QSR industry.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and reporting actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with food aggregators.
- Strong background in digital advertising, particularly Meta Ads.
- Experience collaborating with performance marketing agencies.
- Track record of growing e-commerce channels.
- Prior experience working with or managing a food brand.
- Digital marketing or key account management experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
