Your Mission

The Operations Manager at SBS CyberSecurity plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and quality of day-to-day operational execution across the organization. This role serves as the operational connective tissue between Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Leadership—ensuring proposals, pricing, contracts, systems, and processes work together seamlessly.

The Operations Manager leads the Operations team and owns operational strategy, pricing and proposal enablement, contract and legal coordination, cross-departmental problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is both strategic and highly hands-on, acting as a central point of expertise and decision-making in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
