About The Role
The Operations Manager keeps technical and business teams aligned across the systems, workflows, and processes that support product delivery. The role coordinates execution across engineering, IT, security, finance, and customer-facing teams in a remote technology environment.


You will turn operating goals into clear plans, improve the way work moves through the organization, and use data from tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and BI platforms to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve execution quality.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve operating processes, documenting workflows, service-level expectations, and standard operating procedures in tools such as Notion or Confluence
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, IT, security, finance, and go-to-market teams; track scope, dependencies, owners, risks, and milestones in Jira or Asana
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and recurring reports using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to monitor throughput, cycle time, backlog health, and delivery performance
• Manage intake, prioritization, and escalation processes for internal requests, ensuring work is routed to the right teams and completed against defined service levels
• Lead operating reviews, prepare decision-ready updates for leadership, and convert meeting outcomes into documented actions and accountable owners
• Evaluate and administer operational tooling, integrations, and vendor relationships while maintaining process documentation and access controls
• Identify recurring execution issues, run root-cause analysis, and deliver measurable improvements to quality, cost, speed, and team capacity

What We Are Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, business systems, or a related cross-functional role
