About The Role
The Operations Manager keeps technical and business teams aligned across the systems, processes, and programs that support a growing technology organization. The role owns operating rhythms, workflow design, tooling, and performance reporting across functions such as engineering, customer operations, finance, and go-to-market.


You will turn ambiguous needs into clear plans, improve how work moves through tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, and Salesforce, and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through measurable delivery. This role matters because reliable execution, clean operational data, and well-designed processes enable teams to scale without adding unnecessary complexity.


Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve cross-functional operating processes, including intake, prioritization, approval workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate technical and business projects across engineering, product, finance, sales, and customer teams; track scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones to completion
• Administer and optimize operational tooling such as Jira, Asana, Notion, Slack, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
• Build dashboards and recurring reports using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to monitor throughput, SLA adherence, capacity, and other operational KPIs
• Identify bottlenecks through process analysis and stakeholder feedback, then implement improvements with documented success metrics
• Run weekly and quarterly operating cadences, preparing agendas, decision logs, status updates, and leadership-ready summaries
• Manage vendor evaluations, renewals, access controls, and implementation plans for tools that support team operations

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, technical project management, program management, or a related cross-functional role
