About the role
The Operations and Service Optimisation Manager leads and oversees the design and implementation of a Services master roster and quarterly optimisation plans, as well as managing operational requirements and performance reporting for SANE’s digital psychosocial support
services (RecoveryClub).
Operating in a dynamic digital-first environment with services operating 24/7, the Operations and
Service Optimisation Manager leads an operation team and is responsible for modelling
