For a client of expertech we are URGENTLY looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a cutting-edge Strategic Design team, where you'll play a pivotal role at the intersection of design, user insight, and product innovation. Responsibilities
- Support the Practice Director in shaping UX/UI strategy, contributing to design standards, team processes, and overall experience vision
- Translate complex insights and requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - from research and product to engineering - to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Use tools like prototyping, journey mapping, and interaction design to validate concepts and bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to and evolve strategic frameworks, design systems, and internal methodologies to strengthen design maturity.
- Act as a potential 2IC, with opportunities to lead projects, mentor junior designers, and step into leadership responsibilities as the team grows
Essential skills and experience
- Proven experience leading UX/UI efforts across complex digital products or services.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture and Wireframing
- Strong capabilities in user research, prototyping (Figma, etc.), and service design thinking.
- Ability to consolidate research and business inputs into actionable strategies and elegant interfaces.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and align stakeholders, from product managers to C-level execs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to zoom in on detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
Desirable skills and experience
- Exposure to content strategy or data-driven design.
