About this role
For our client, we are seeking a Manager Sales Operations to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a operationally complex logistics environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $132,000 – $156,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage sales support functions to enhance productivity
- Provide reporting and analysis on pipeline trends and KPIs
- Develop analyses to evaluate Sales Performance versus Quota
- Identify process improvements for operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
- Assist in Sales compensation design and territory planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years' experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
- CRM proficiency required, preferably SFDC or MSFT Dynamics
- Snowflake proficiency required
- Familiarity with BI tools, ideally Tableau or MS Power BI
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
