Job Summary: The Manager, Product Strategy is a cross-functional role within ProCrewz responsible for translating business objectives and domain expertise into actionable product requirements. This role serves as the connective tissue between finance, operations, and engineering — driving alignment on payroll, compliance, and workforce management initiatives across the ProCrewz platform.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and requirements development for finance, payroll, and compliance-adjacent workstreams
• Serve as the primary domain SME for payroll processing, invoicing, and labor compliance rules
• Partner with engineering pod leads on backlog refinement, story definition, and acceptance criteria
• Lead persona definition and stakeholder alignment across the family of companies
• Drive cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions with operations, finance, and client stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve product documentation, process maps, and domain knowledge bases
• Support customers, and other customer delivery commitments with domain expertise and requirements clarity
• Collaborate with the Senior Director, Product Strategy on roadmap planning and prioritization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
