Job Description
During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales by researching potential clients, conducting initial qualification activities, and participating in outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
Research and perform the initial qualification of potential clients in the industrial, healthcare, and education sectors
Analyze target companies and identify decision-makers
Support outreach activities via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Manage inbound leads and prepare brief summaries for the sales team
Enter and update data in the CRM system (HubSpot)
Monitor deal status and support sales funnel management
Pass qualified leads to the next stages of the sales process
Contribute to improving outreach processes and testing new hypotheses
Conduct basic market analysis and prepare short reports related to XR/AI
Qualifications
Degree (completed or in progress) in economics, marketing, communication, management, or related fields
Excellent command of Italian (minimum C1 level)
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Good knowledge of English
Experience in customer interaction and/or sales
