Job Description

All Media Supply is looking for a motivated and outgoing Junior Sales Representative to join our Sales Team.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, takes initiative, and enjoys working with customers. Music knowledge is not required, but an interest in music or physical media is a plus.

This is a great opportunity to learn the AMS business, build customer relationships, and grow within our Sales Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist new customers with opening an AMS account and getting set up to order through our website.

· Manage new and developing customer accounts.

· Follow up with inactive or low-volume accounts to help generate new business.

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

· Respond promptly to customer emails, phone calls, texts, and other communications.

· Assist the Sales Team with orders, customer follow-ups, coverage, and sales projects.

· Participate in weekly Sales Team meetings and supplier presentations.

· Meet daily deadlines and maintain accurate follow-up on assigned tasks.

· Learn and use AMS systems, including Coda Office and Coda Classic.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· Friendly, outgoing, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers.

· Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

· Strong organization and time management skills.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

· Comfortable learning new systems and asking questions.

· Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

· Music or physical media knowledge is a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
