About the role:

The Manager, Data Engineering, acts primarily as a hands-on lead and mentor responsible for transforming data architecture vision into reliable, repeatable, and scalable data pipelines and data products. This role guides a talented but growing team on how to deliver efficiently while leading day-to-day engineering execution. The manager will establish robust data engineering practices across ingestion, transformation, testing, deployment, and operational support. Ultimately, this position bridges the gap between architectural strategy and practical, high-paced implementation.
