Loci is building private AI that runs on the devices people already own. Build the operating foundation that helps a small team deliver reliably as the company grows.

The role

Own the day-to-day systems, coordination, and follow-through that keep Loci moving. Turn recurring problems into simple, dependable processes and help the founder and team make timely, well-informed decisions.

What you will own

• Establish a practical planning cadence with clear priorities, owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
• Maintain accurate budgets, spending visibility, vendor records, and cash forecasts with the founder and accounting partners.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee or contractor operations with the appropriate providers.
• Keep contracts, renewals, filings, access reviews, and other obligations organized; work with qualified advisers when specialist judgment is needed.
• Improve support intake, escalation, and feedback loops so user problems reach the right owner.
• Automate repetitive work, document critical processes, and remove operational bottlenecks.

• Evidence of building and running operations in a small, fast-changing organization.
• Excellent organization, written communication, project management, and attention to detail.
• Financial fluency, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to spot incomplete or inconsistent information.
• Practical process design and automation skills, with clear checks for errors and exceptions.
• Discretion with financial, personnel, and user information; sound judgment about access and approvals.
• Resourcefulness, calm problem-solving, and reliable follow-through across competing priorities.
