As we continue expanding our franchise system, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive operator to help build and support the infrastructure that allows franchisees to succeed.

Role Description

The Franchise Operations Manager will own and help build the franchisee support experience from onboarding through ongoing operations. This role will help create scalable systems, training programs, support workflows, and operational processes that improve franchisee performance and consistency across the brand.

You’ll work closely with leadership and franchisees to ensure operators feel supported, trained, accountable, and equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Onboarding & Training

• Build and manage structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs for new franchisees
• Develop onboarding checklists, training plans, and operational playbooks
• Coordinate franchisee launches and startup support
• Help create and maintain LMS training content and learning pathways
• Ensure franchisees complete required onboarding milestones

Franchise Operations Support

• Serve as a primary support contact for franchisees
• Assist franchisees with operational questions, scheduling, systems, and best practices
• Monitor franchisee performance and identify support opportunities
• Help maintain operational consistency across locations
• Support implementation of new systems, tools, and initiatives

Systems, SOPs & Infrastructure

• Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation
• Help create scalable support systems as the franchise network grows
