Job Description
Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of the Field Registered Principal (RP) training curriculum and RP resources to ensure field RPs are equipped to effectively supervise advisors. Provide analytical insight and project management support to Supervision leadership across key company and departmental initiatives. Contribute as a member of a small, versatile team responsible for the accurate, timely, and well controlled execution of dozens of Supervision Operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the Field Registered Principal (RP) training curriculum, including regular review and updates to ensure content remains current and effective. Design new training programs and enhance existing materials to align with changing business needs and regulatory expectations. Assist with development and prepare presenters for monthly Field RP workshops and create targeted sessions for the annual Leadership Conference.
