Our co-founders, Tomas and Kris, are currently scaling the network at an aggressive pace. To sustain this momentum, they require an operational anchor—an Executive Assistant who doesn't just manage schedules, but actively optimizes the founders' professional lives.
We are not looking for someone to wait for instructions. We need an assertive, detail-obsessed gatekeeper who can absorb high-velocity demands and return flawless structure.
Your Blueprint for Success
You will sit at the intersection of leadership, finance, and talent acquisition, protecting the founders' focus by owning the operational backend.
Key Deliverables:
- Strategic Leverage:
Spearhead new initiatives, conquer high-priority ad-hoc tasks, and clear operational bottlenecks before they reach executive attention.
- Financial Controller:
Maintain clarity over our numbers by managing monthly P&L statements, processing payroll, and tracking vendor payments.
- First-Line Recruitment:
Own the top of our hiring funnel—crafting compelling job descriptions, filtering incoming applications, and running sharp initial screening interviews.
- Workflow Optimization:
Keep the founders synchronized, tracking deliverables, and operating at peak performance daily.
