What You'll Do
Human Resources & Employee Operations
Manage HR operations for the India team, including employee records, leave and attendance, policies, payroll coordination, benefits, and statutory compliance.
Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, system access, software licenses, and access revocation.
Support performance reviews, employee programs, and recruiting coordination.
Manage employee queries, coordinate with external vendors, and maintain HR processes and documentation.
Business Operations & Leadership Coordination

Standardize operational processes and develop the staffing model for HR, Operations, and IT support in India, including in-house and outsourced resources.
Coordinate with Recruiting, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows
Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, to track deliverables, follow up on action items, and flag potential delays or risks.

A track record of building and documenting processes that others can follow
Excellent written and verbal communication, and a warm, service-minded approach to team questions
