We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Field Operations Manager to lead our cleaning teams and ensure the highest standards of sanitation and safety. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily janitorial operations, supervise staff, and implement effective cleaning and sanitation management practices. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety regulations, and foster excellent customer service across multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage janitorial teams across various client locations, ensuring consistent quality of cleaning services
• Supervise staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational goals
• Enforce safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety protocols
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on industrial cleaning techniques, equipment use, and customer service expectations
• Coordinate with clients to address their needs promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and staff performance metrics
• On Call 24/7 - Respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate with teams for project work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation practices
