About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER role is critical for translating business priorities into actionable project plans and leading their execution. This position drives cross-departmental initiatives including marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and digital promotions. The role ensures alignment across teams, manages complex deadlines, and mitigates risks to support revenue-generating activities and company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Translate high-level business goals into detailed, executable project plans by engaging stakeholders and defining scope and resources.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects such as course launches, webinars, book campaigns, and live events.
• Develop comprehensive timelines, ownership assignments, and workflows using project management tools like Asana.
• Lead collaboration across Marketing, Copywriting, Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners.
• Oversee revenue-focused launches involving webinars, sales funnels, email campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate large live events with thousands of attendees, handling marketing, vendors, logistics, and internal coordination.
