As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help build and scale a self-service advertising platform that enables brands, agencies, and retailers to create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. You will take ownership of high-impact engineering initiatives that improve advertiser experiences, platform reliability, and revenue growth. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will design scalable backend services, robust APIs, and data-driven solutions while contributing to frontend integrations when needed. You will also help advance web observability, define key performance metrics, and explore AI-powered tools for automated advertising review. Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact engineering projects, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and launch.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and well-tested backend services and APIs supporting advertising campaign creation, creative management, optimization, and reporting.
• Develop and improve the core self-service advertising platform used by brands, agencies, and retailers to manage campaigns and achieve their business objectives.
• Drive initiatives that improve advertiser onboarding and activation, platform health, operational efficiency, and advertising revenue growth.
