As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at BioNTech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Commercial leadership. You will act as a trusted partner to the CCO, managing day-to-day priorities, ensuring efficient communication across teams, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Your Contribution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CCO, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination to optimize the CCO’s time and productivity.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting materials that support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee key administrative functions such as document management, expense reporting, and correspondence handling.
- Support cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Actively anticipate and manage operational challenges to keep the CCO’s agenda running efficiently.
