What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Follow billing procedures as outlined by state guidelines and the School Leader
• Communicate with stakeholders via phone, online chat, and email
• Arrange state test site rentals and manage associated costs
• Oversee the daily work of the office team, including records management and event logistics
• Assist the School Leadership Team with daily tasks and projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Strong ability for reporting accuracy and understanding of billing components
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality (FERPA)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in K-12 education and/or state educational reporting
• Experience with computer-based information systems
• High degree of flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
