What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Map provider source documents to directory outputs to ensure accurate data display
• Conduct Excel-based reconciliation and validation of source-to-output data
• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and problems to enhance existing processes
• Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and assist with implementation of business solutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with data mapping, validation, or configurable outputs
• Proven ability to identify, document, and resolve display or mapping discrepancies
• Project management experience preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with user acceptance testing of new systems
• Familiarity with performance management and operational reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate efforts between business units
