What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze business problems, define business requirements, and recommend solutions for process improvements
• Act as a liaison between the business and the IT development team, translating user needs into functional specifications
• Lead and participate in process improvement teams and manage software implementation projects
• Design, test, implement, and maintain software applications, queries, and reports
• Conduct end-user training and presentations to management and user groups

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of the wood products industry
• Experience with Oracle's JD Edwards E1
• Experience with Vertex Tax
• Experience with SAP Ariba
