What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to design, build, and enhance accounting systems
• Lead or support the end-to-end system implementation lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment
• Analyze existing accounting workflows to identify gaps and recommend process enhancements
• Work with IT teams to design and validate system integrations between accounting systems and applications
• Provide ongoing support to Finance and Accounting teams for system issues and enhancements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, or Accounting Analyst
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting processes, and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Sage Intacct, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
