About The Role
Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Health IT Data Scientist II to join our team supporting the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU). This full-time, remote position is based in the Washington, DC Metro Area and is contingent upon contract award. The role involves applying advanced statistical, predictive, and exploratory analytic techniques to complex healthcare and operational data. The primary objective is to generate actionable insights that inform strategic planning, performance monitoring, and evidence-based decision-making within the healthcare domain. All development, configuration, and implementation activities are performed within authorized government-managed platforms, adhering to strict oversight, security, and privacy standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, to operationalize analytic models and support high-priority analytical requests for senior leadership.


Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
