Data Engineer

The Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand data usage and its value.
• Contribute to the standardization of data management tools and practices.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive insights and improve efficiency.
• Define and implement plans for re-engineering existing reports and data assets.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards and protection measures.
• Capture user requirements for reports and analytics, and define data workflows.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise data warehousing systems and real-time transactional data.
• Proficiency in SQL query language and various reporting tools.
• Strong report writing experience, able to aggregate data into PowerBI.
• Experience with diverse datasets, manipulating data, and drawing business insights.
• Practical experience developing and implementing advanced data analytics.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
