About The Role
We are seeking a full-time Junior Data Analyst to join our team and support one of TSTC's premier Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, performing complex analytics, and evaluating transportation asset processes to identify risks and mitigation strategies. This position involves reviewing, analyzing, and tracking data to support decision-making and risk management efforts. The Junior Data Analyst will also provide scheduling, coordination, and documentation support, including preparing agendas, schedules, presentation decks, and meeting minutes. Additionally, the role requires active participation in workgroup meetings and risk assessment activities aligned with the organization's mission needs. The ideal candidate must reside within a HUBZone and be capable of working both remotely and on-site as needed in Springfield, VA, to meet client requirements.


Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or similar analytical activities
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university
• Secret security clearance (preferred)
