About The Role
The Data Analyst II plays a crucial role within Ryder's Supply Chain Services (SCS) Products & Analytics team, supporting the Automotive & Industrial (AAI) vertical. This position involves partnering with operations, customers, and cross-functional teams to convert complex supply chain data into durable, reusable analytics products that influence key business metrics such as margin, labor, service, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will work extensively with Ryder's modern data stack, including Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, and Copilot, to design persona-based dashboards and analytics solutions that enable scalable decision-making. AI integration is central to this role, empowering the analyst to accelerate insights, diagnose root causes, and deliver impactful recommendations. The Data Analyst II is expected to own outcomes end-to-end, making data-driven suggestions aligned with strategic business objectives and measurable results.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA, or equivalent (preferred)
