Requirements:

Summary Objective: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and operational improvements. This role works closely with leadership and department teams to identify trends, build reports, and develop insights that improve efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate complex data into meaningful information for stakeholders.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, operations, and clinical teams to analyze workforce, productivity, and performance metrics.
