Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX areaWe are seeking an experienced analyst to turn business requirements and complex data into useful reporting and insights. This role combines stakeholder collaboration, database development, and business intelligence.Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business decisions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into data and reporting solutions.
• Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Analyze data quality, troubleshoot issues, and document business rules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SQL, database modeling, ETL, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with software development and business systems analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field; limited substitution of directly related experience for education may be considered.
• Oracle PL/SQL experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet government background investigation and access requirements.
• Current Security+ certification required before starting work.
