The Opportunity

As a dedicated Business Rules Analyst Lead, you will lead the facilitation of business requirements through design sessions, workflow analysis, and discussions with end users. You will apply a detailed understanding of supported technologies to manage and address business needs. You will translate complex business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation; apply established methodologies; and prepare detailed specifications and related documentation. You will also assist business partners in identifying and documenting business rules and ensure that rules and associated metadata are appropriately governed and maintained within a single source of truth.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
