The Opportunity
As a dedicated Development Product Owner Senior, you will support and enable the product roadmap and execution for a centralized decisioning and orchestration platform that delivers the right experience in the right channel at the right time, every time, across the full member lifecycle. The role serves as a direct representative of the business on an agile team and is responsible for attaining, understanding and communicating business vision and needs in order to write and refine user stories, prioritize work, and provide guidance to technical teams. Uses critical thinking, problem solving, and Agile principles to partner with business owners, subject matter experts, and the development team to build effective solutions. Possesses an advanced knowledge and understanding of and ability to work within multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile and other approaches, to deliver business value.
This team will lead the evolution of USAA's next best experience platform, transforming how millions of members engage through personalized, real-time, and context-aware experiences across every channel and journey.
