The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst to support Digital Servicing Analytics through the development of reporting solutions, performance analysis, and actionable business insights. You will be an expert in Adobe Analytics and how to connect with offline sources and be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing digital performance data, identifying trends and opportunities, and partnering with stakeholders to translate digital experience to ultimate outcomes

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, experience working with digital analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business partners. This individual will collaborate closely with Digital Servicing teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision making.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, or Tampa, FL.
