Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience in implementing projects for enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs, FSM, etc.) and a strong background in the utilities/energy/telecom or similar industries. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing client business processes, identifying requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives related to field service operations
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where current systems fall short of client needs

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices
• Assist in configuring and customizing tools to meet specific client needs
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards
