Customer Facing _Project Manager

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Facing \_project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $116,800 – $182,500 annually


Responsibilities

• Support sales by contributing to solution design for projects
• Manage and execute large, multi-functional, and multi-vendor service projects
• Assist in developing project plans including scope and budget
• Coordinate with customers to define and implement project requirements
• Support pricing and proposal development for customized projects
• Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of customer-facing project management
• Proficient in project management methodologies with formal training or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with external customers and data reporting systems
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more as per project needs
