Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Data Analyst to support enterprise initiatives focused on network model management, data governance, enterprise data integration, and digital transformation within the electric and gas utility industry. This role will partner with utility clients and cross-functional technical teams to improve the quality, governance, and interoperability of network and asset data across critical utility systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Transmission & Distribution (T&D) operations, utility GIS and asset management platforms, and enterprise integration initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation initiatives involving network model management, enterprise data integration, and data governance for electric and gas utilities.
• Assess current-state data sources, ownership, workflows, and integration challenges to develop actionable recommendations.
• Assist in designing target-state data architecture and canonical data models across GIS, Asset Management, Planning, Operations, and Analytics platforms.
• Develop data governance documentation including ownership models, stewardship, data quality rules, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Design and support data validation, transformation, and publication processes to ensure trusted and traceable enterprise data.
• Gather business and technical requirements while assisting with vendor evaluations, implementation roadmaps, and RFP activities.
