The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to support the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) program. This position serves as the functional bridge between Government stakeholders, end users, and technical development teams to deliver enterprise maintenance, logistics, and modernization capabilities supporting the U.S. Navy.
The Business Systems Analyst IV is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and system requirements supporting mission-critical applications used throughout the Naval maintenance enterprise. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Government Product Owners, software developers, testers, architects, and operations personnel to translate complex business needs into actionable functional requirements while ensuring solutions align with program objectives and operational workflows.
This position requires a highly collaborative individual with experience supporting Agile software development, enterprise modernization initiatives, and DoD information systems
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise software enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, and demonstrations with functional users and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and process models.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and Agile ceremonies.
