What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on employee and program performance through data analysis
• Evaluate the effectiveness of ODHS programs to ensure compliance with key performance measures and statutory requirements
• Process and analyze data using visualization tools like Tableau to identify trends and develop recommendations
• Collaborate with management and various teams to improve operations and performance
• Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for executive staff based on performance evaluations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or a related field, along with four (4) years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work
• Alternatively, a combination of experience and education equivalent to seven (7) years that supports the knowledge and skills for the role
• Advanced experience utilizing predictive analytics frameworks and technologies
• Proficiency in metrics development and data analysis using modern software solutions
